This is one of the most common topics we all women talk about and look for solutions since most of us experience a tremendous Hair Fall post pregnancy. While it is normal for almost every women to experience some amount of hair fall after pregnancy ,it is also normal to not experience any hair fall at all.Blame the reduced levels of Estrogen which is the main culprit of Hair fall post pregnancy .However you can do absolutely nothing to prevent post pregnancy hair fall but you can definitely reduce the hair fall by including Vitamin B and Protein Rich diets in our Food.
My Side of the Story
Even Before my lil one arrived I was prepared for massive amount of hair fall since already before pregnancy I was suffering from a noticeable amount of hair fall .Blame the weather ,water or Poor diet but no matter how much healthy I eat , oil my hairs twice a week or change my shampoo nothing actually worked.
The title of the Blog post might sound contradictory after reading my Hair Fall story before pregnancy quoted in the paragraph above ❓😁 But what if I say I have not experienced any hair fall Post Pregnancy although I was expecting to suffer more of hair loss after pregnancy 🙄. In fact my hairs have become more thicker ,fuller and shiny 🙏😄.Yes I am not kidding at all and it's 💯✔.
My reason behind writing this post is to share my side of story when it comes to Hair problems post pregnancy ✌ So here you go 💦
What Changes helped me to achieve Zero Hair fall after Pregnancy
✔Good Postpartum Diet including Lots of Veggies,Fruits ,2 Glasses of Proteinated Milk Daily (Extremely important ),Dry fruits ,Oats .
✔Essential supplements of Iron, calcium ,Vitamin D ,Folate to combat the Loss during pregnancy .This one is important as no matter how much healthy you Eat you will need supplements for long to bring your Iron ,calcium and vitamin levels back to normal level .Discuss with your doctor as this will not only impact your hairs but mood too 💖
✔Oiling your hairs atleast once a week if not twice .If your hairs are dry and brittle will suggest to pick up light ,non sticky oil to massage like Almond oil since dry hairs are prone to suffer a damage when massaged with sticky oil .It's advisable to oil just 1-2hours before Hair Bath.
✔Selecting appropriate shampoo -This played a major role in reducing my hair fall.I have changed my shampoo on one of my friends recommendation and I am glad I did.
I have been using this WOW range of shampoos from past 1 year and they have done wonders on my hair ✌.If you have dry and frizzy hairs I would highly reccomend you to try these shampoos once along with the conditioners .There shampoos are paraben and ssl free ,free from all harmful chemicals.
You can buy the WOW Miracle 10 in 1 hair shampoo from here WOW Miracle 10 in 1
I would suggest to use conditioner as well enriched with goodness of coconut milk and avocado ,free from any harmful chemicals .This is just too very good with nice soothing smell .You can buy WOWCoconut milk hair conditior from here WOW Coconut Milk Conditioner
Conclusion
The essence of reducing hair fall is dependent on so many factors both internal and external .With proper diet ,supplements and care anyone can reduce the hair fall post pregnancy. All we need is a bit of effort and appropriate selection of Oils and shampoos along with good Postpartum Diet.

I would love to know your experiences too.Feel free to comment and spread a word
Love,
Kanu
