This lady in yellow (don't know the one in white) is my English teacher from school, the only one perhaps in those days, who made me feel good about my existence!
I used to write for pleasure then and she would encourage my imagination, however crappy it may be.
Just because of her, most of my school friends felt I should be pursuing something in English, when I wasn't sure about what I wanted to study...
3 years ago I found her in a different city. I can't tell you my levels of ecstasy!
I can't thank her enough for the little faith I have in myself today and finally I am in a profession that gets me to write and edit :-) (She was the one who nurtured the love for vocabulary and grammar in me)
I wish every teacher of my child holds a place in her heart, the way Ruchira Mam does in mine...

@6372d8dd17d2c800158d9008 Same pinch! We had the same rule in school. After a point, they realized people gave away easily and made the same mistake again. So they made us write 500 times before school ends that I will speak in English :-) Teachers decided that the punishment should be something which makes us put in effort.
