My baby was born on 16 aug. His weight was 3.4 kg. It's been almost 35 days till now. But there has not been any growth. I am concerned . My paediatrician said that I should not drink any milk or milk related products as some babies have allergy against cow milk. So I have stopped it right now and I am breastfeeding my baby. Doc said to watch over the weight after 10 days. Please suggest something. My baby's health is everything to me.

@Karishma- the side where baby is latched on well nipple could be bigger there due to being in baby’s mouth. The other side nipple is not used much therefore small

@Karishma aapka question Mera ek nipple bara hai....yeh normal hai. Baby ki aap try Karo donon sides se milk pilayen. Kuch feeding positions aisi hain jisse aap apne Baby ko without moving him much doosre breast se bhi milk pila sakte hain. It’s possible your baby is not getting enough milk flow from the side where baby is not latched on well.

@kinjal your breasts shouldn’t hurt while breastfeeding. If there is pain please try to find reason of pain. It could be engorgement, it could be blocked ducts. First try to identify where is the pain? On nipple or above the areola
