@6374b8eb676f0a0016ba71a5 Once your stitches have completely healed, you can look at starting with light walks initially. Since its been over 2 months, if you’ve faced no complications I assume you are fit enough to start with walks.

@616d5c089dc2de0015c6e9c0 This would depend on the grade of the low lying placenta. Normally in 95% of the cases as pregnancy progresses the placenta does move up. Which week of pregnancy are you in?
