Their bladders have uncontrollable spasms which affect the urethra preventing it from controlling urine due to strong contractions. This kind of incontinence can be experienced after childbirth as the pelvic muscles weaken because of episiotomy or long labour.<br> </div>

@Rama this is normal in many pregnant ladies. Because of weight gain.<br> Make your bladder training chart. Try to retain urine by making muscles strong pelvic floor muscle exercise.

@Suman during pregnancy during third trimester weight gains happens to max. So there is lot of pressure on urinary bladder and surrounding ligaments and muscles . That creates pressure in that area. Due to that normal contraction and relaxation of urethral opening gets disturbed and thus incontinence happens
