As ull know navratri is in few days my question is this is gonna be 1st navratri after pregnancy and delivery. my concern is I get very tired and low on energy in a hard-core navratri fan and I play garba all the days and almost 4 hours . But after baby v m super tired and low on enegery. I still have fee days to build up my stamina and get ready. guys plz suggest with ur experience how do I go about it , how do I workout , how do I built up My stamina . Plz note I eat really healthy and following a good diet as my baby started weaning. I do not want to miss this navratri .
