This smoothie is a super healthy one to have, it’s rich in omega-3 acids, proteins, vitamins, minerals, and other essential nutrients.
Ingredients
1 ripe banana
1 tablespoon flaxseeds
1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
8-10 almonds
5-6 walnuts
2 cups milk (of your choice)

How to prepare

- In a blender add 1 cut ripe banana followed by nuts and seeds.
- To this add milk and blend it to achieve a creamy thick texture.
- Now pour it into a glass.
- Garnish it with chopped nuts and some seeds (optional).
