discomfort is part of pregnancy. nutritious diet, sleep, daily exercise and relaxation all help. join prenatal exercise class. now is the time to learn about birth, breastfeeding and post partum care. hypnobirthing, the book the womanly art of breastfeeding and baby wearing groups are a good start.

hi dimple, getting tired & having back pain at 31 weeks can be because of the increasing weight, improper posture & lack of physical activity. weight is going to gain as the baby gains weight. make sure u r gaining a healthy weight by eating small frequent meals rich in nutrients. eat your calcium tablets with milk and iron tablets with vitamin C.
For maintaining postures avoid sitting for long . Getting up from the chair also helps sometimes. Avoid bending forward activities. bending forward too many a times makes the back weak and increases your back pain . Sleep on the sides with pillow between your two knees.
Physical Activity can be in the form of a simple walk. When you feel the back pain , please get up and walk. A walk of 30-45 mins outside or at home can help. If you are already doing yoga , tell your instructor to show you back stretches & back strengthening exercises.
if you have any queries or need further suggestions on exercises & diet, feel free to contact me on 9920357437.
Take care.
