For normal delivery, u ve To drink milk with desi ghee nd mop To floor cleaning by bearing weight on feet nd evening and morning walk daily during start 9th month. In spite this, one more thing, u also take such diet like mix saund in , wheat flour in desi ghee,.after mixing nd cooking both ingredients then add some dry fruits,take it with warm milk during morning nd evening <u>tym</u>

From my experience what I understood is the delivery process is certainly not in our hands but sure we can follow few things for healthy delivery. Always be active physically and mentally. Do kegels, squats, pelvic exercises according to which trimester you are in.Take lots of water. Walk as much as you can but don't stress yourself. Be positive always.
