With so many changes happening in the body and the responsibilities which come with having a baby, it is natural to feel stressed. No one else other than a new mom can understand what we actually go through. There is this body which has become weak and there is a baby which so much needs you. Just breathe and enjoy the small moments with your baby. I was so stressed for the first whole month and even now I feel stressed thinking how to handle the baby. Remember this is a phase like pregnancy initial days where we were clueless but eventually we will get a hold of it and we will handle it much better. We are all sailing in the same boat. The very fact that we have ppl to share our thoughts and responsibilities with itself is so relieving 🙂🙂

Dear it's very normal to feel like this..it's not a small change in life.. adjusting so much and coping is really difficult..but dear..it's just a phase..I know it's easier said than done but try to first get some rest...live one day at a time and don't think about future much..again things will come back to normal..
