To avoid unhealthy snacking I always make a batch of hummus like even beetroot hummus and other dips out of yogurt or Greek yogurt and use this to eat baked khakara or toasted brown bread. To the get more out of your workouts....have a cup of coffee before your class even plain coffee without milk is good. The dash of caffeine will give your body that extra boost during the class..especially in a high intensity workout! If you want a quick de tan...than add 1tsp of curd with 1/2 tsp or organic turmeric, and a pinch of soda. Make a paste apply on your skin and wash off after 5-10 mins. Plz do a patch test to check skin sensitivity. This is the best- If your kid or hubby are getting to you and you just need a quick break....tell them you have a severe headache and need a quick nap or quite time....go to your room lock yourself and just chill there for few mins!! Works all the time!

The nani ma nuski which helped me a lot and I have been posting on the question related to low breast milk is :<br>
1. soak coconut sheel that is kopra vatti overnight and have next day with jaggery and u will see milk flow <br>
2. Never talk while breast feeding babies usually get disturbed <br>
4. breast feeding mom should always avoid milk during nite as it cause gas to baby <br>
5. For baby hair growth mix casteroil and coconut oil and apply regularly <br>
6.soar nipple apply home made ghee2nd wipe with like warm water before feeding it's helps <br>
7. breastfeeding mom should always have green leafy veggies and eat early to avoid acidity and gas <br>

My nuska to reduce period cramps- work your abs! It takes time but the effect is amazing. I used to have unbearable pains during my chums up until a few <u>years</u> ago. So bad that I would not be able to walk. But once I started working out and doing regular ab workouts among other things my pain became almost nil. The key is consistency. Work it ladies :*
