To what extent is Yoga safe and beneficial? I want to practice and I know that there are a lot of benefits but has anyone tried it out?

yoga is very helpful. ..regularly practice will allow us to keep away from many disease,&nbsp; stress , fat &amp; we look younger day by day....i strongly support yoga..<br> if we cannot do much just do surya namaskar for 5 times in a days..
