To what extent is Yoga safe and beneficial? I want to practice and I know that there are a lot of benefits but has anyone tried it out?

I am a big time fan of power yoga. It helped me get rid of my 28kg of PostPregnancy weight. Apart from weight its awesome to keep your mind, body, soul stressfree. Give it a try.

yoga is very helpful. ..regularly practice will allow us to keep away from many disease, stress , fat & we look younger day by day....i strongly support yoga..<br>
if we cannot do much just do surya namaskar for 5 times in a days..
