If it is a constant pain then it could be due to stretching feeling heaviness or a muscle pull. If it is a pain which comes and goes but does not have a pattern you may be noticing early Braxton Hicks contractions which are normal. However if the pain comes and goes feels like a cramp and has a pattern then you must let the doctor know.
