today i had my ultrasound and it come up with 6 weeks of pregnancy but no fetal node found...is it something to worry??
I had same xperince nd did scan aftr 15 days . Then everything was fine. so wait nd do rescan. what ur gyno told?

yes, it happens as it is an early gestation... dont worry, wait for 15 more days and get a re scan..
