Today i read a receipe of ragi porridge on baby chackra which is different from my recipe so thought of sharing my recipe with you guys. Please do comment what you feel on receipe.
Ragi porridge Soak ragi 3-4 hours before preparation. Grind the soaked ragi and sieve the paste. You’ll get a white paste. Add water to it, and bring to boil in sim. It may get thick very soon, so be careful and cook on low flame. Once it gets thick, porridge is ready. Can add jaggery or ghee if you wish. But i try to avoid taste makers like sugar, salt until yaachu is one. Till that let him taste the real taste of food.
