Hey please don't worry..  It is normal..  Even I used to have bleeding from mouth and nose..  I consulted with my gynecologist and she said it is normal.. She said that the increased blood supply causes pressure on blood vessels causing them to rapture easily..  So even when you cough or vomit there is a chance of spitting blood..  I had some blood in my spit a couple of days ago too..  Many of my friends and relatives also had this problem when they were pregnant.. Do let your doctor know about it.
