Happy birthday..; have a great year ahead

I didn't go anywhere.. bcoz of some discomfort nd getting very tnsd don't know y bt my lower abdomen hs light ache nd now lower back is also I m just completed 5 month of pregnancy

Today it's my birthday; so I think about restaurant guys; I didn't go anywhere for a long time from fifth months only DR's clinic ,home....... I m diabetic and tsh also

What should I hv please advice...TIA
