only focus on positive thoughts, switch on TV and watch some good songs,, forget the other things

dont panic and dont worry and think much about it..Even i made this mistake and was taken to hospital bcoz of the decrease in growth and weakness due to overthinking..It might b bcause of over work or not taking proper care and taking this all things lightly..U dont stress too much dear...think positive and feel good about your baby..
