Today's lunch again made in the great multiutility APPE PAN...simple SABUDANA WADA made in appe pan...crispy and yummy ready in just 10 mins leaving soaking time....as mostly i have soaked drained sabudana in my freeze ready..

Ingredients 🍽️Sabudana 🍽️Green chillies

🍽️Chopped coriander 🍽️Grated ginger

🍽️Boiled mashed potatoes 🍽️Roasted crushed peanuts

🍽️Drops of oil

🍽️Salt to taste I use upwas salt

🍽️Kashmiri lal mirch powder

Method :

Soak sabudana for 3-4 hrs...now drain the water...and in the sabudana mix salt red chilli powder Green chillies chopped coriander leaves chopped grated ginger and crushed peanuts and boiled and mashed potatoes....mix everything very well. ..now make round balls of it...heat the appe pan...and add a drop of oil in each ...now place one ball in each slot and roast it by turning sides...Once done serve with green chutney...heat will be low...
