Toddler books (part 2)
Once babies are around the 1 and half year mark, I suggest getting flap books.

These can be in story form or just picture books.

Kids love to lift flaps- it's a form of peekaboo!;

But they are a bit pricey- try online on Amazon or there are many preused book sellers as well.

The attached pic is of a famous flap book series and most loved by my kids.

They are short stories about a puppy called Spot. There are various topics, but our fave is 'where is Spot', and 'spot goes to the park'

My son has learnt to say what's behind each flap before he turns it!
