Make time to take your child out to the park or make them join any activity or sport like swimming or badminton. Your child needs to have physical activity in their schedule. Make sure you encourage your kid to have friends who also stay active and play team sports.
Set a time for the maximum amount of screen time in a day if your child absolutely demands gadgets. If you live in a house with a garden, then make sure that that garden is well maintained so that your kids could play on the lawn.
