@616da0fdb986a10013970156 thnx dear. @5f6e0765abe65c0046934504 this recipe was shared by a frn and it's too easy. 1/2 cup wheat flour
1/4 tsp soda
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
Sieve them together and add 1/4 cup almond powder or crushed almond and make soft dough by gradually adding 70gms of butter preferably home made butter. Make small balls, shape them into round cookies using your hands or you can even use cutter. Arrange the cookies on baking tray, place it in preheated oven and bake for 15-17 minutes at 160* (I cooked in a microwave with convention mode at 160 degrees for 8 mins and added ghee in place of butter, also added 2 tbsp milk while making dough)
