In the case of twins it is usually thought that both the kids achieve their milestones together at the same time. Though there are good chances for the same, but it's not always so. My girl started walking at 11 months and boy at 15 while he spoke his first word much before his sister did. The good thing, however, is that kids get motivated seeing each other and want to try the same thing more and more.
