URGENT HELP!!! I have a week old daughter. She had some red discharge from her vagina today. Is this normal or something of concern. I am due to visit my paediatric in a day or two.
This is normal. It happened with my daughter too and doctor told that such a discharge is normal in newly born girls. However if you think it's not a mild discharge or shows any sign of a wound, <u>better</u> to confirm with your doc once.
