urgent help required my baby had vomited so much as entire her cloths nd my cloths got wet no cry she is normal nd slept off she is having mild trought infection nd giving medicine fr that plzz help me is it some thing serious nd she smiled after vomitingnd acted normal
It could be due to overfeeding. If the baby is okay and not uncomfortable anymore need not worry.
