Which nasal spray are you using? If its just saline water ( otrinoz),it can be given sos. If baby is having problem taking feed then give one drop in each nostril 10 mins before feed. It can be given before every feed ( this was my docs advise,my baby was 2 months then), plz check with ur paed to be sure.
