Ingredients
Apples chilled 2 medium
Medium carrots peeled and chilled 8-10
Oranges peeled and separated into segments and chilled 2
Celery 4-5 stalks
Ginger peeled 1 inch
Fresh curly parsley sprigs 10-12
Beetroot peeled 1/2 medium
Lemon juice extracted 1/2
Method
1) Quarter the apples.
2) Pass carrots, orange segments, celery, apples, ginger, parsley and beetroot through a juicer and collect the juice in a jar.
3) Add lemon juice and mix well.
4) Pour into individual glasses and serve immediately.
