Vegetable Poha

Ingredients :
1. Poha - 5 tbsps washed and soaked
2. Carrot - 1/2 cup pureed
3. Water - As required

Preparation :
1.Drain the soaked poha and place in pan .
2. Add water to poha and the pureed carrot on low flame.
3. Cook well for 2-3 minutes.
4. Blend if required to get a smooth consistency.
4. Cool and serve in a bowl and feed with a baby spoon.

Note: Breastfeeding is advised until 12 months and beyond as it is a rich source of nutrients for the baby
