Vegetable Sooji Uma

Recipe for 14 month old baby. If you are introducing these recipe for first time please start with 1/2 bowls. These recipe can be given at 10:00 am or in the evening around 4:00 pm

Ingredients

1. Roasted Sooji - 2 spoon

2. Hing, Cumin & Turmeric Powder - 1 pinch

3. Boiled Mashed Vegetables - half bowl (veg like: carrots, peas, potatoes, beans, tomato)

4. Ghee - 1 spoon

5. Salt - 1 Pinch

6. Mustard seed - 1/4 spoon

Method:

1 Take aluminium bowl add 1 tbsp ghee, add mustard seed and roasted sooji in it, roast it again for 2 to 3 mins

2. Add 1 cups of water don't make upma very thick if you feel that it's getting thick add more water

3. Add mashed vegetables, salt, hing, cumin & turmeric powder mix it well don't make it too thick let it be in liquid form.

4. Serve the Sooji upma to your babies or toddlers in lukewarm.
