Vegetable wheat rava upma

Ingredients
Wheat rava- 3 cups
Carrot-1[diced]
Potato-1 [diced]
Coconut- 1 ½ inch [thinly sliced]
Onion-1[sliced]
Green chilli-1[chopped]
Mustard seeds-1 tbsp
Bengal gram-1 tbsp
Urad dal-1 tbsp
Curry leaves- 1 spring
Ginger-2tbsp [finely chopped]
Coriander leaves-2 tbsp [chopped]
Lemon juice-1/2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Water-4 ½ cups
Oil – 3 tbsp

Preparation
Dry roast wheat rava.
Heat pressure cooker then add oil. Put mustard seeds. Once it’s crackled add Bengal gram, urad dal sauté gently then add onion sauté well then add ginger, green chilli, curry leaves.
Add carrot, potatoes and coconut sauté well.
Add water and salt and mix well. Once water start boiling add wheat rava mix & well then cover it and cook for 1 whistle.
Then add lemon juice and coriander leaves mix well and serve hot with coconut chutney, pickle.
