Veggie loaded vermicelli


- one cup Bambino vermicelli roasted
- finely chopped veggies of your choice ( potato, onion, carrot, peas, capsicum, beans )
- oil to cook

- Heat oil in wok and then add msutard seed.
- Once mustard seeds start cracking add onions and fry them for a minute.
- Now add rest of veggies and saute them properly. Add little salt, ted chiili powder, oregano, turmeric if u want.
- We need 3 times the water of your vermicelli. 1 cup vermicelli : 3 cup water
- Let veggies boil in water till they are soft.
- Last add vermicelli and leav it on slow gas for some time till water evaporates.
- Garnish with coriander and eat just like that it with ketchup or mint chutney.
