Aloo Paneer patties


Ingredients

Paneer grated 200 g

Potato boiled grated 3

Mill powder 1.5 tbsp

Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp

Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp

Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp

Coriander Leaves

Corn flour 2 tbsp

Dry fruits mixed and chopped 3 tbsp

oil

salt

Aamchur powder

Method

👉mix all the ingredients in a bowl except the dry fruits.

👉take a medium sized ball from the mixture and flatten it slightly.place the dry fruits in the center.Bring the edges toward the center and cover the dry fruits completely.seal the patties well, so that they do not break while frying.

👉heat oil deep fry on med low heat.



💕You can replace cornflour with fasting flour.

check the seasoning and add more salt or spice powders if required.

You can shallow fry this patties.

You can add your choice of dry fruits
