Dryfruit khir..
this recipe is quick , easy ,super healthy and kids favourite too.

* Recipe:

*ingredients

*full cream milk

*sugar

* cashues

* pistachios

* almonds

* walnuts

* cardamom powder

* saffron

* nutmeg powder

* charoli
method:

* take full cream milk in heavy bottom pen ..

* mix saffron in 4 tbsp warm milk & keep aside..

* turn on gas flame

* boil it for 10 mins

* now add sugar in it ( as required)

* stirring continuously

* add all chopped dryfruits as per your requirements

* add cardamom , nutmeg, saffron milk nd mix well again..

* stirring continuously..( otherwise milk will be sticky in bottom)

* after mixing everything , cook for 3 mins .

* garnish with pista & almomd flakes..

you can add custurd powder too if u like..nd also add honey too if like.

for more thikness, add basundi mix( readymade) in it..

its ready to serve!
