this recipe is very helpful in fasts, because, if we eat just 2 pieces , we cant feel hungry for atleast 3 to 4 hours! & no needed to eat any other dish same time!
ingredients**
*dates
*ghee
*dryfruits
*coconut powder method**
* take soft dates, remove seeds from it& chopped it in small pieaces..
* now heat ghee in a pan
* add dates in it & saute it for 3 to 4 min( or till become soft)
* now add dryfruit powder or chopped dryfruits( as u like)
mix well..
* add coconut powder & mix well again..
* now take it in greesed plate, slightly spread in whole plate..
* sprinkle grated dry coconut & chopped dryfruits..garnish it & cool down.. * now cut it into desire shape & enjoy... this healthy, yummy, quick sweet for fast!!
