Sabudana 2 tbsp soaked in water for about 30 minutes
Coconut thick milk 2 cups
Dry fruits
Fresh grated coconut
Dalchini 2 sticks
Method 👉Wash and soak Chana daal overnight and next day pressure cook it with 1 cup of water for upto 1 whistle.
👉Remove the cooked daal Keep the water in a heavy bottom kadai and add jaggery and sabudana and cook on medium high heat for about 5 minutes.
Use little water daal looks too dry.
👉Add coconut milk, dry fruits and cook for 1 minute.
👉Add cardamom powder Dalchini; mix and remove from heat.
💕If daal looks watery don't worry it will get thick once it is cooled down.
You can adjust jaggery
You can add saffron
You can skip sabudana
