Method Wash sabudana 2 to 3 times and then soak in water for night or 4 to 5 hrs hours.;Sabudana ;should be separate and moist.;Roast peanuts peel off the skin and then grind coarsely.chop ;green chillies finely. Peel and cut potato; into small;cubes.
Heat;ghee;in a pan, add;cumin seeds;and chopped green chillies. When cumin seeds crackle add the potato cubes.Cook till the;potatoes;are done. Add sabudana,;scraped coconut;and ground peanuts, sauté for 5 minutes, stirring well.Sprinkle a little water, add; salt and lime juice. Mix well. Remove from heat. Garnish with coriander leaves. This is easy tasty recipe for breakfast .yummy enjoy😚
