Kadhi n Rice

📍Take one katori vrat ka aata

📍Take some lassi

📍2; chopped potatoes

📍some finely chopped ginger

📍some jeera

📍2; finely chopped green chillies

📍one finely chopped tomato

Now make a mixture of aata n lassi as we do; to make normal punjabi kadhi.Take a kadhaai n pour mixture in it.Boil it n add some salt n turmeric powder.

Take a pan n put some ghee.Put jeera,ginger,potatoes ,tomato n green chillies.Lightly brown all the ingredients.Then add salt according to taste as we put earlier in mixture,red chilly n black pepper.

Now mix this masala in kadhi.Garnish kadhi with fresh coriander n serve it.
Rice

📍Take one katori of vrat wale rice(swaank k chaawal)

📍some jeera

📍salt,red chilly n black pepper acc to taste

Now take a pressure cooker.Add some ghee,jeera,salt ,red chilly n black pepper.Then add water.i.e four times the quantity of water.Let it boil.Then put rice in it.Close the cooker.Let it whistle two times n then turn off the gas.Rice is ready.Serve it with curry.

;;;; We have made simple jeera rice because we put all the; veggies in curry.If u want to make only rice then u can put the veggies in rice.
