Want to lose weight but no time between work and home duties ? Not everyone has the time or budget to go to a gym. Most people dont have 10 mins to drink their cup of tea in peace. Especially for working women who need to run home to cook and care for their families. If you can spare 30 mins a day then try brisk walking else here's what you can do within your constraints 1.WALK MORE
Try clocking atleast 10,000 steps. I like to walk while I'm on my phone. While I'm talking or in insta / facebook. If you're on the phone... WALK. 2. TAKE THE STAIRS
Whenever you can take the stairs. At home at work, wherever you are. 3. FOOD HABITS
Eat more fruits and veggies. Avoid fried and food with sugar in it. Avoid packaged food. While these might sound very basic you will find that even this much will make you lose weight and feel healthier. I challenge you to try this for a week and tell me how you feel. We take very less sugar intake not even in sugar n coffee. That is how we both wife n husband control our weight along with some regular walk n exercise
