If mom is healthy and Pregnancy is normal then it's fine to continue. Many times baby will self wean because the taste and texture of the milk changes during pregnancy and shifts to a colostrum stage again. If you feel discomfort or cramps in the abdomen then again you may wish to discontinue. Over all it is a subjective issue and will need to be evaluated on a case to case basis.
