INGREDIENTS
3 cups ½-inch chunks of seedless watermelon (the smaller the chunks, the easier it is to blend this watermelon smoothie)
1 cup milk
½ cup yogurt
3 Tbsp Honey
METHOD
1) Cut the watermelon into small pieces
2) If you want a cool smoothie, you can refrigerate the watermelon 2 hours prior.
3) Blend everything together and serve chill.
NOTES
Instead of Honey you can also use maple syrup or dates syrup.
