Research shows that getting plenty of protein first thing helps you stay full and satisfied longer.
1) greek yogurt with fruits.
2) eggs
3) peanut butter or almond butter on toast
4) Paneer tossed with vegetables
5) fruit and protein smoothie
6) breakfast burrito - make the burrito out of paratha or roti and the filling can be with vegetables and paneer.

Protein Shake made out of natural Ingredients such as oats banana shake, muesli and fruits is good. But any protein shake made out of powdered or packaged foods will just add to sugar and ur weight gain.

Protein shake is processed and would make you put on weight.. Eggs fish chicken pulses are good natural sources
