We always look for quick and easy-to-make recipes for us and well as for our children. Here is one such quick recipe that’s loaded with goodness spinach, oats, and poha.
Ingredients:
1 cup Poha
1 cup Oats
1 Green chili
1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
1 – 1 ½  cup Spinach (blanched)
Sesame seeds
Salt
How to prepare:
- Add poha, oats, green chili, spinach, ginger garlic paste, and some water to a blender and blend it well.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and adjust the consistency using water.
- Add salt as per your taste. Mix well.
- Pour a small amount of mixture on a non-stick pan in the form of pancakes.
- Add some sesame seeds to it.
- Cook it well on both sides using cooking oil or ghee.
Enjoy it with your favourite dip or chutney.
