We as women always wait for the right time to restart our careers.

We keep waiting for the right time to arrive, sometimes for some of us, it is after our children learn walking,
For some of us, right time is when our children are teens
For some it is when they are adults.

The reality is, there is no perfect time.

When your children are small they need you,
When they are teens they need you the most,
When they are adults, your parents need you,

When everything is settled you will be old.

Instead of waiting for the right time to restart your career, just grab whatever is in your hand right now.

It doesn't matter what work you are doing, but be independent financially and emotionally atleast for your own sanity.

It doesn't matter how old you are today, go ahead and chase that long lost dream.

I have a 12 year old. Did several jobs since after that. There are many opportunities to explore, I feel. Individual Willingness and family strong support is the pill that helps keep us fit and going ahead. Those who feel that wealthy people may not work. Is a misconception, need and love for staying confidence helps the ball rolling.
