We feel that most of the time our baby is just lying around simply. But they really do a lot of tiny exercises while batting at an object, kicking her legs, or squirming during a diaper change.

And this is really helpful to eventually make them hold their head up, roll over, sit, crawl, stand and eventually walk. .
And i have also noticed that it used to give him a good restful sleep as well.
