babies catch vibrations better than adults...if you hold the baby with love inside they feel secure and happy around you but unbalanced mind with a smile on face cannot cheat babies....the nanny might be is <u>not</u> sending good energy to baby hence the crying....my cook enters my house and my baby says hi and run towards her as my aunty is really happy person wherein she cries hard and doesn't go to my cousin who comes almost alternate day to my house as mostly she is tensed.... avoid giving your baby to ppl with negative energy as later the child becomes cranky and rough....I had to resign from lavish job as I had to choose between her growth and my career...we need to prioritize...baby just need 2-3 years as later the day time goes in school when you can manage your career and baby both... strong roots makes strong trees
