We planned to have baby After Completing my Internship. Accordingly it happened,Turning mother is one of the most beautiful feelings in the world for every woman.But with pregnancy comes the nine months of untold hardships, including food cravings, mood swings, and listening to non-stop advice from elders & even strangers.I had to take many precautions during this 9months as i m suffering hypothyroidism before pregnancy. And mood swings are more often 😄So consulted my gynac & endocrinologist.and started my medicine accordingly. With the medicine I had to take care in diet as it directly reflects on the health and development of the baby. Although the nutrient supplements are enough,But it is necessary to keep track of what we consume in order to have a healthy & safe pregnancy.🌸

During my pregnancy I was more on green veggies, fruits and Dairy products. And sometimes I too had junk food 🍦🍰🍟🍗( becoz baby wanted to eat #carving 😅)

❤My morning started with a mug full of milk twice a day(good source of calcium vitamin & protein)

❤black dates & groundnut with jaggery to increase my hemoglobin level (prevents the risk of iron deficiency, improves immunity)

❤On regular basis I used to drink coconut water

(Coconut water is a natural source of electrolytes, prevents dehydration, lowers the acidity of the body, and is simply loaded with nutrition as well)

❤Apple 🍎

(It is said an "Apple a day keeps doctor away" I wanted my baby to be more healther & strong

Apples;are high in fiber and a good source of vitamin A, vitamin C)

❤Lunch & Dinner - Mostly Green veggies with chapati (as we all know green veggies are good source of fibre vitamin calcium iron &folate)

❤Green salad beetroot cucumber🥒

❤Buttermilk was my fav during summer

❤Drink lots of water (Behyrdrated it helps to prevent Urinary track infections & boost energy)

❤Banana 🍌

(Its is good for Digestion About 60-70%women have constipation during pregnancy & also it is good source of fibre

❤Watermelon 🍉 (its high in water,Rich in vitamin A&C best for dehydration, reduces swelling, treats constipation)

❤mango 🥭

(Rich in vitamin A dont eat too much eat other fruits too)

❤Egg White ( rich source of protein and can be consumed every day for good health.make sure they are properly cooked.)

👉 I eat every seasonal fruits 🍍🍎🍓🍇 but more I was on, as mentioned above....

👉everyone keeps on telling don't eat this n that but to be Frank I had everything whatever I carved for everything & result of this is my healthy baby 👶😘💞
