We wish another mother would have told us to get every little thing ready with a new diaper BEFORE taking off the old diaper. Unfold the new diaper (don't just have it out), uncap the diaper cream and pull out 3 or 4 wipes from the pack. Every little moment counts when you have a wriggling baby with poo all over in front of you! 😂
