Let i share some of my knoweldges of the weaning tips
First of all weaning should start after 6 months

Till that only only breast milk or formula milk ..

initially start with liquidy foods then a semi solid n solid

Start with a little spoons

(Even me as mother felt that my baby want to eat more) but; if baby refuses leave it please dont force feed u r baby

let him eat what he likes

Give him finger foods by 8 months so that he can able to pick his foods



initial days baby will make messy with foods but u should keep on trying

During lunch time of family make the baby to engage with you..

Slowly try to increase the times of meal; as though breast milk provides major nutrients for babies till 1year..(feed on demand)Find your baby tastes by giving variety of foods try as much foods as u can by following 3day rule

Foods to be avoided:

No white sugar instead u can give palm candy or jaggery

avoid packed n processed foods(most of the times)

Biscuits(biscuits should not be given to babies it will make constipation as no nutritional value in giving that)

Foods can be given:

Rice,ragi,oats,suji,sabudana,thur dhal,moong dhal,yogurt(can be given before 1year),carrot,potato,sweetpotato,beans,beetroot,apple,papaya,chikko,orange(after 8 months)

So try try keep on trying till baby accepts to eat..#nopains#nogains#mylovelymoms
