Weight gain ? Recently a few of my friends asked for some suggestions regarding - ” ways to improve weight in kids”. To be frank my little one is underweight till now. As a mom, I used to worry about underweight until he was 1 year. Then my family pediatrician said one thing - ” Always observe whether the kid is active or not, healthy or not ” and feed healthy foods. These tips gave me a relaxation and woke up me from thinking about weight! 💡Dear mommies always give healthy foods like milk, fruits, vegetables, egg, homemade foods, and dry fruits. 💡Always ask your doc before introducing new food to your little one. 💡maintaining regular food timings helps the kid to eat in time and stay healthy with weight. 💡Avoid Junk foods like oily foods, aerated drinks, chocolates, and ice creams. 💡feed homemade fruit purees to feed. If your little one is too young to feed. You can try chopping few fruits or veggies on fruit sac (available in Amazon ) and give them.
