WEIGHT LOSS BREAKFAST - yummy and healthy

Recipe - Take a Mason jar and add 5 tablespoons of plain oats, 10 tablespoons of low fat yoghurt (curd), 4-5 sliced almonds, 1 teaspoon flax seeds, 1 teaspoon cardamom powder and honey (taste wise). Put the jar in the fridge overnight. In the morning add one sliced apple to it, mix whole ingredients together and eat. Highly nutritious and helps a lot in weigh loss. Tried and tested!!
